1) Greeting and customer interview
The F&I manager greets the customer and brings them to the F&I office. During a short customer interview, the manager matches customer needs with available F&I products. The manager then selects the products that fit the customer’s needs.
2) Demo Ride with our electronic business manager
With our electronic business manager – Take to the RoadSM – your customer takes a seat in the F&I office. At the touch of a button they take a brief “ride” by watching a presentation on the general features and benefits of F&I products such as:
- Vehicle service contracts
- Credit Life and Disability Insurance
- Theft Deterrent systems
- Appearance protection
- Tire & Wheel

3) Menu of product options and close
- Presentations are available in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to create multiple programs to tailor the presentation to your customer’s needs and eligibility for the products.
The final phase of the Streamlined Selling System® is the presentation of product options. Based on the customer interview, you can develop up to four packages that meet the particular needs and wants of each individual. By the time you reach this phase, the customer has already been informed of the benefits and features of each product, and it should be a simple selection process.
